Thai Cooking

Soooo, a small restaurant owner has offered have me learn to cook a couple of thai recipes with his wife. I'm not sure (because he gets excited and jumbles his words and sentences together) but I think he may want me to show his wife a couple of american recipes in exchange. Unfortunatley, I know how to bake and I don't think they have an oven. I can cook but I don't know a lot of recipes. Does anyone know any good, easy recipes that could be considered american food? Wait, what is "american food" anyway?

Hahaha, I think I would have quite a time finding ground beef! I did think about fried chicken though...

Hi, Thought you might try some picante, since ingredients should be available. Chopped tomatoes, peppers, onions, celantro, salt and pepper. Maybe you'll like tomatoes before your 30. Also, easy to do. Thin piece of chicken rolled with cheese, dip in crushed toast with egg (bread coating), then fry in pan with about 1/2 inch of hot oil. Just thinking out loud. Don't forget to add some stir fry cobra!!!

Dude... American Pizza! though I guess with out the oven that could be a problem.

Er, do they have any sort of food restrictions? I am trying to remember and I'm thinking that they do but I can't remember what.
